Congressman Charlie Crist (CD-13) will be our guest speaker at our ZOOM meeting on April 10th.
Representative Crist, from Florida’s 13th Congressional District covering Pinellas County from Clearwater down through St. Pete, will talk about Florida politics, the pandemic, and his battle against the current trend of voter suppression, followed by a Q & A. He has a long record of leadership service to Florida – as state Senator, Commissioner of Education, Attorney General, Governor, and now Congressman. He recently joined the powerful Appropriations Committee, and also serves on the Science Committee, overseeing NASA and space and climate change policy.
RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. Program starts at 2 pm and ends at 3:30 pm. Join as early as 1:30 pm for a pre- meeting “social.”
