Every year the Democratic Womens Club of Sarasota County honors an influential woman in our community who works to better Sarasota. These are women who are advocates for equality, fairness, and empowerment. They embody our values as Democratic women and demonstrate the power of dedication by leading by example.

The 2021 Woman of the Year fundraiser will benefit our “Seeds of Change” mailing to Get Out the Vote in 2022. Your past support allowed DWC to send 10,000 Vote by Mail applications to registered Democratic women in our area. This effort increased voter registration.

We can do it again and Turn Florida Blue in 2022!
