Mollie Holland will be the speaker will discuss what residents can do to help improve water quality in our storm water ponds, creeks, and ultimately the Gulf. She is the Neighborhood Environmental Stewardship Team (NEST) Program Coordinator. The NEST program strives to inform communities and residents about water quality science and data, and encourages behavior change to improve the health and vitality of our water resources. • 14 years landscape and horticulture experience • 12 years at the Southwest Florida Water Management District as an engineering and environmental compliance technician, permit reviewer and project manager; • 3 years at Sarasota County NEST Program • BS in Biology from the University of South Florida
Usually, monthly meetings are usually held on the 1st Tuesday at the North County Library at 6PM, 2nd Monday at the Democratic HQ at 6:30 and 4th Tuesday at the Common Grounds Meeting Hall at 6:30PM in North Port.
