The SCDP urges you to attend the NEW COLLEGE ACADEMIC FREEDOM RALLY on February 28 from 11am to Noon OUTSIDE the Sudakoff Conference Center – to protest Governor Ron DeSantis’s hostile takeover of education in Florida. The event is sponsored by NCF Students for Educational Freedom.

New College students are asking for your support and requesting your participation. We will gather outside the Sudakoff Conference Center, on the campus at 5845 General Dougher Plaza.

PLEASE SIGN UP HERE  FOR THE 11:00 AM RALLY AND PLAN ON ARRIVING A LITTLE EARLY LEAVING TIME TO FIND A PARKING SPOT. Your attendance at the Board of Trustees meeting to follow at 1:00 PM is also encouraged.

Please feel free to make your own signs. There will be some available. If you have a New College or blue shirt, please wear it.
