Lauren worked at the University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee as the Assistant Vice President and Director of Student Success. In this role, she spearheaded numerous programs, initiatives, and partnerships that connected students to career opportunities in the area. Most recently, Lauren worked with New College of Florida’s Office of Outreach and Inclusive Excellence and Student Affairs to promote community outreach and student success. She received her Doctorate of Education in 2021 from the University of South Florida.

Lauren trabajó en la University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee (USF)  como Vicepresidenta Asistente y Directora de Éxito Estudiantil. En este cargo, encabezó numerosos programas, iniciativas y asociaciones que conectaron a los estudiantes con oportunidades profesionales en el área. Más recientemente, Lauren trabajó con la Oficina de Alcance y Excelencia Inclusiva y Asuntos Estudiantiles del New College of Florida para promover el alcance comunitario y el éxito de los estudiantes. Recibió su Doctorado en Educación en 2021 de la Universidad del Sur de Florida.
