This 30-minute talk offers insights as to how our coffee and food choices can help combat climate change. In particular, it illustrates how supporting regenerative agriculture, in the work of fair trade farmers, is climate action. Participants will come away with ideas for how their shopping, eating, and coffee-drinking practices can help support this.
Sarah James, presenter, is associated with Equal Exchange, a long-established US based fair trade organization. She is also a co-founder of the US ecomunicipality movement and co-author of The Natural Step for Communities: How Cities & Towns Can Change to Sustainable Practices.
